Vowel length carries meaning here, so byt (“a flat”) and být (“to be”) stay two separate words instead of collapsing onto one key. The on-device dictionary covers seven cases, verb aspect pairs, and the stem changes that defeat naive stemming: kůň becomes koňmi, pes becomes psovi, město becomes městě. Definitions also carry IPA, so tapping a word shows how to say it as well as what it means.
